1. CIFOR is looking for a dynamic and creative Media Liaison and Outreach Manager.
Requirements

* Degree in journalism, communications, or a related discipline.
* Outstanding negotiator and communicator with proven track record in placing stories and editorial products in higher-tier print and broadcast media.
* Extensive international- level experience as a spokesperson
* Extensive network of international and national contacts in print, broadcast and new media.
* Knowledge of current theories and best practices in communications.
* Excellent judgment and ability to think strategically.
* Strong strategic planning skills for communication and knowledge management.
* Outstanding English writing and speaking skills, and proficiency in other international languages is desirable;
* Excellent interpersonal and management skills;
* Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment;
* Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation and learning.

2. CIFOR is looking for a dynamic and creative Writer/Editor.
Requirements

* Degree in degree in communications, journalism, or a related discipline
* Five years professional experience as a writer and editor in a highly disciplined communications environment
* Superb English-language writing and editing skills
* Ability to rapidly grasp and interpret complex scientific concepts and present them to various audiences
* Proven ability to assess audience requirements and to prescribe appropriate style, form and reading level
* Experiencing evaluating and improving publishing programs
* Responds well to pressure
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong client service attitude
* A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
* Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation and learning.

3. CIFOR is looking for a dynamic and creativeManager Donor Relations and Resource Mobilization.
Requirements:

* University degree in Marketing, Communication, Fundraising, Business Administration or related discipline
* Superior knowledge of best practices in international donor relations and fundraising
* At least 5 five years experience in resource mobilization/ fund raising and proposal development for an international research or development organization
* Experience with bilateral, multilateral funding agencies, and fami liarity with private foundations that fund conservation activities
* Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies a benefit
* Proven negotiation, strategic planning and execution skills
* Strong English writing and speaking skills
* Proven ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously and to perform under pressure.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
* Excellent negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
* A team player, with proven performance in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other international languages is desirable
